That's why this Teacher Training is Hybrid. With 5 in person dates, spread out over 5 months, with mentor support throughout and after you qualify, plus the entire course online and on an app.

Listen whilst you're driving? Absolutely. Read whilst on holiday? Yes you can. Watch the videos every Sunday morning before a walk and roast? Sure thing. You get to choose.

It's also self-paced, meaning there is no specific date you need to finish by, no pressure added to your plate, because life throws unexpected things at us, and Yoga Teacher Training should reduce the overwhelm, not add to it.

Online mentoring support means having the flexibility of an online course, as well as the support of a Teacher who knows your name, your goals and what you need help with.

This isn't just a bunch of modules and then 'that's that'. During the course, as well as whilst you're taking those first steps into the teaching world, I am guiding you through, checking in and making sure you feel confident with what you're learning, sticking with you until you've got it. 

To me, it's so important that you finish the course as a confident teacher, ready to create impact and really help people. This is how we create the world we want our kids to live in.

Non Traditional Learner? Welcome.

We all learn in different ways, that doesn't need to make learning hard. 

Some of us externally process - think talking on the in person days and via the mentoring as you go through the course. 

Some of us learn best by ourselves - because we're too excited by the people around us to actually absorb information on those in person days (but we still want the community). This is why the entire course is also online, not just what we don't cover in person. You can go back over anything that didn't go in the first time round.

Meet Your Yoga Teacher -

Tabby Johnston

Hey! Nice to meet you! I'm Tabby, when I'm not teaching Yoga, I'm looking after my 2 girls with the help of my husband, walking the dog wherever there are woods and rivers, or in the veg patch barefoot. They're my happy places.
 
As a teacher, I often hear 'you teach with such warmth' and 'I feel energised by you'. I do that by embracing my strengths as a Yoga Teacher and you can expect that same warmth and care in how I lead Yoga Teacher Training. As your Teacher Trainer, I help you do that same thing, to find your strengths and embrace what's unique about you, because you're special, everyone is. And there are students already trying to find a teacher just like you.
 
With over a decade of experience, I share practical knowledge with you, that goes beyond just teaching poses - it means having encountered a wide range of students, conditions, and challenges. All this experience, goes into what you train to teach, already knowing, saving you the time it took me to learn, so you can feel confident when teaching Yoga.

Science & Spirituality 
With a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, I’ve crafted the anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics modules to be based on academic literature and evidence-based knowledge - not just information passed from teacher to teacher. This is balanced with the ancient wisdom, the stuff you know because you can feel it, the subtle side and the underneath layer, that makes Yoga have such a huge impact on so many lives.You’ll gain a depth of understanding that sets you apart as a Yoga Teacher and a confidence in the knowledge you've gained, that will transform your approach to yoga and the effect it has on your life.
